# **Interval Timer — Set your rounds and breaks**

Work, rest, repeat — set your rounds and breaks once, then just hit start.

Need scheduled alerts? Use [Alarms](https://chronotter.com/alarms). Tracking a session? Try the [Timer](https://chronotter.com/timer). Coordinating with teams? Check [World Clocks](https://chronotter.com/clocks). Just need a single duration? Use the plain [Countdown Timer](https://chronotter.com/countdown).

## **About & how to use**

Turn on Repeat with an interval to alternate between work and rest automatically. Set your Duration per round, the Interval between rounds (the break), and how many Rounds to run. Hit Start and the timer counts down each round, chimes at every phase change, and stops after the final round. Use Reset to return to your last settings, and the Timer Size slider to make the display easier to read from across the room.

## **Tips**

- Set your rounds and rest length once — presets can still speed up dialing in each duration.
- Keep the tab open (or install the PWA) so phase chimes keep firing between rounds.
- Slide Timer Size up so the round counter and time stay readable mid-set.
- Check your device volume and Do Not Disturb settings so the phase-change chime isn't missed.
