Real flag icons for languages
The language switcher now shows real flag icons, and we fixed a brief theme flash on load for users with a customized color palette.
Stopwatch is now Timer
We renamed the Stopwatch tool to Timer for clarity, and polished things up: countdown and timer durations now persist across reloads, mobile navigation looks crisper, and missing translations across all languages have been filled in.
UI refresh and cleanup
A round of visual polish and bug fixes across the app, including a cleaner header and smoother theme handling.
New sound alerts
Added a new sound engine so timers and alarms play clearer completion alerts.
Privacy controls added
Introduced a cookie and ads consent banner, and refreshed our SEO and translations to keep things transparent.
More languages, fewer bugs
Major translation updates across all supported languages, plus fixes for World Clocks and Alarms.
Alarms and World Clocks launched
Introduced the Alarms and World Clocks tools, added a completion toast for finished timers, and published our Contact and Privacy pages.
Custom durations and quick presets
Countdown now supports a flexible duration input and one-tap quick presets, plus a new completion beep.

Added a Theme Picker to personalize colors, along with a redesigned mobile navigation bar.
Offline support
ChronOtter can now be installed as an app and keeps working without an internet connection.
